Our Clients

We have been a trusted partner to AusAID for more than 25 years. We currently manage and implement more than 20 development projects, mainly in the Asia-Pacific region.

These projects draw upon our expertise and extensive background in the delivery of effective health, education and governance solutions. We support AusAID in delivery of the five goals of the Australian aid policy: saving lives, promoting opportunities for all, sustainable economic development, effective governance and humanitarian and disaster response. This is underpinned by an emphasis on transparency and effectiveness.

AusAID is able to depend upon our management expertise, which extends to the entire project. We are able to draw upon vast resources and a wide network of highly-skilled development professionals to implement projects that deliver results and have a true impact on those in developing countries.

We are currently implementing more than 40 projects with the UK Department for International Development (DFID).

Combining policy expertise and extensive field experience, we design and deliver DFID projects aimed at improving governance, security and justice, including in conflict-affected and fragile states such as Afghanistan, Pakistan and Sudan.

Additionally, we partner with DFID to promote private sector development, entrepreneurship and greater financial inclusion, with the goal of furthering sustainable, broad-based economic growth.

Projects aimed at human and social development support the effective delivery of basic services, such as primary education, to all citizens, and help vulnerable groups, particularly women and girls, participate more fully in their communities.

Supporting our commitment to maximising results, the Evaluation and Research team equips our projects with robust Monitoring and Evaluation systems, enabling us to regularly measure impact and adapt projects to changing program environments and needs. The team also undertakes independent evaluations and impact assessments to measure the effectiveness of other DFID programs around the world.

Our America's operation Management Systems International (MSI), has been a key implementing partner with the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and a host of other federal government agencies, including the US Departments of State and Labor, for more than 30 years.

Known for its high-quality work in evaluation and training courses on a number of topics, MSI has greatly expanded from its original development focus; it now works in some of the toughest development environments in the world, including in Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan and South Sudan.

MSI brings to the core of development management a focus on sustainability and building local capacity, using a core of group of senior technical experts combined with local talent.

USAID has looked to MSI for assistance with high-quality evaluations, analytical work in the democracy and governance sector and assistance with numerous training courses, including a revamped project design and management course, programming in conflict environments and and strategic communications.

In 2011, MSI was one of only five recipients of an Excellence in Evaluation award given by the Agency. MSI has also written numerous USAID manuals and handbooks, including the Anti-corruption Assessment Handbook and Guidance Against Counter-extremism.
